Established by Healthia founders Darren Stewart and Greg Dower, Cauldron Distillery is artisan spirit producer located on Tamborine Mountain, located in the Gold Coast hinterland. Inspired by our location, and driven to showcase Australian craft beverages, our inhouse manufacturing capability include the full spectrum of distilled spirits including Gin, Vodka, Brandy and Whisky plus liqueurs and aperitifs. As a multiple award-winning distillery, we aim to be a driving force in the food and beverage tourism economy, delighting local and international tourist alike and putting Queensland on the map for the lifestyle seekers and cultural foodies of the world.
