Bec Pini is the founder and Managing Director of M4M, a fully integrated brand, strategy and communications agency which launched in 2003. With over 30 years in television, film, marketing and communications, Bec has had extensive experience in providing services to small business through to ASX listed organisations across diverse industries including entertainment, retail, skincare, government, council, engineering, energy and mining and hospitality.

Bec is a big believer in contributing to the community and is currently a Board Director for The Allison Baden-Clay Foundation and a Management Committee Member of Creative Brisbane Collab.
