Graduating in 1994 from QUT, having mentorship from Phillip Perlman (DPM) Leah began her Podiatric Surgical journey early in her career. She commenced her Postgraduate Pharmacology at Latrobe University in 1995, and then took 10 plus years to gain her Master’s in podiatry Uni SA 2008, alongside FACPS in the same year. Leah is first and foremost a clinician, a passionate podiatrist with 50 years of her own foot problems and 15 years of surgical experience in QLD and NSW. She currently works with Mark Gilheany at Foot and Ankle Specialist Australia, as well as providing mentorship to current registrar’s of the ACPS. She looks forward to working with My FootDr. – to pass on her knowledge, so that she can one day retire.
