Dr Benjamin Peterson

Dr Benjamin Peterson is a Senior Lecturer in Podiatry at CQ University. He holds a Bachelor of Podiatry, Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours), and PhD in Podiatry from The University of Newcastle, Australia.  Benjamin’s PhD was focused on identifying intrinsic and extrinsic factors which influence the risk of running-related injury among recreational runners. His research continues to focus on running-related injury, however he is also actively researching across a range of areas including physical activity promotion, connective tissue disorders, chronic disease management, vascular disease, low back pain, occupational therapy, and sports science.
